Sports card selling?? Authentication?
I have a buyer that bought a 2/10 card of mine. Said buyer asked for a refund through eBay because buyer claims they received a /35 card. I know for a fact I sent the 2/10 card. I feel like I’ll get the shaft if I do anything with a return. I should have sent it through an authenticator but I’m pretty green to this deal. I will be doing that from here on out… but I’m not sure how to handle this going forward. I’m just trying have an honest card selling business so I don’t want anyone screwed on this. Any help would be appreciate. Thank you
