Sports Card and TCG store that needs help
Hello, my teenage sons and I started this business back in November of 2024. We started out well but recently we have seen a major decline in our traffic. In addition Ebay's seller rating is low despite a 99.4% positive review rate. I would like to hire someone who can diagnose my store and help out, does anyone know of companies that do this? or perhaps individual consultants? At a loss and appreciate in advance any help.

·1 year agoThe Mentors on this board can give some suggestions, or you may be best providing more details in a post on the Selling portion of these forums, where other sellers can contribute as well (here in this section of the forum, only volunteer community mentors are able to respond). Make sure you provide the details on why your Seller Level is low (or if you meant something else, the appropriate details for that).
