Spode Christmas Tree Plate markings
I recently sold a set of 4 Spode Christmas Tree plates new in box. The buyer want to return them because one plate does not say Made in England on the back. It says Spode-Christmas Tree and according to AI it is because it was probably in a different production run. She wants to return them as she bought them as a gift and want them all to say Made In England. I understand this concern but she claims that they are not as advertised. They are Made in England. I shipped with free shipping but am I obligated to pay for her to ship it back to me?

The Spode Christmas Tree pattern is no longer made in England and hasn't been since the early 2000s. It's now made in Malaysia. You stated in your listing that they were from England but if that isn't indicated on the back stamp, they were most likely made in Malaysia and you are obligated to pay for her return shipping.
