Splitting payments and avoiding late shipment penalties

Question

I FINALLY made STAR SELLER!!!! I worked hard for it! But I also realize that I agreed to a payment plan of three equal payments for an expensive item with a buyer. The first payment was made yesterday, on time, with a designated listing for that amount. I will make two more identical 1/3 payment listings. Obviously, only the final one will actually result in a shipment. How do I avoid "late payment" strikes for the other two payment listings??? I would love to keep up my perfect record!

@cuckoochenille . If buyers want to split payments on any site then they use their credit card, klarna, or other split payments option.
