I ordered my book on February 20 it is March 16no bookHave others had this experience with this seller?

If I never get the book

If I have to go thru a refund process

1. I will make spiritual haven my own personal hobby to review and warn people

2. I am never getting a book from e bay ever

as if they really care about any of that

I am just another grain of sand

I dont think people have to just accept this.

Though Really we do. Because what else is like ebay?

Here's the other thing.

It was just $28.00.

How many people have the time and energy to get their money back?

And then interact with the cold faceless entity that is e-bay.

And they rely on this.

If most people dont have the time or energy to get their money back

and just let it go.

Think of the profits you can make.

By just being a cold faceless entity.

No effort required.

Really.

This is a business model.

It is a dishonest one.

But it is a business model.

Who wants to chase a seller that may be anywhere ?

That cant really be held accountable.

Who wants to waste time doing that?

Not a bad scam.

Pretty easy and profitable.

Why do I have to put effort into getting a refund?

Most places sell things and they actually are delivered.

Imagine that.

I'm doing the work and not getting paid.

Hi @staron_66

You have 30 days to file an Item not received claim for a refund ... normally you only have to wait one day past the estimated delivery date to file that claim so I suggest you do that after reading this message.
