Spendable funds
In my sellers account it says I have some spendable funds, but when I try to make a purchase it won’t allow me to use any of my funds. I don’t have any payouts ready yet, but I do have some processing funds and it says I can use them to shop on eBay. But when I get to checkout it says I don’t have any available funds. Can someone help me understand this?
