Spendable funds
How do I enroll in spendable funds. I want ebay to hold my selling funds for future purchases. When I ask automated help it takes me in circles: saying "Select the link in your invitation email, or select Enroll now in the notification in My eBay or Seller Hub. " Don't know what that is telling me to do. Can not find anything in sellers hub.
