Speedx avoided my mail box ,avoided the lobby, avoided the mail room, and simply abandoned my package outside a fire exit in back of my building, where it was promptly stolen by a passerby, it wasn't left in a secure area, which was obviously available, I did not ask the seller to use Speedx, that was her choice. The item made it all the way from China, just to be basically Left On The Sidewalk ,If your tracking number shows that your shipment was delivered, but you can’t find it, please check the following areas as our driver may have placed it in a safer location:
Front or back porch.
Your mailroom and/or mailbox.
Garage or side of the house.
Any area that may be sheltered from potential weather hazards.
Check with others in your house or building to see if they may have received it.
If you are still unable to locate your package, reach out to your merchant who should be able to assist.
