Specific legal language or requirements for “spin-to-win” mechanisms used in card breaks?
Where is the legal language pertaining to certification of “random spin wheels” used by breakers? I’m concerned that there is no regulation or oversight on such common mechanisms, as I’ve seen a dozen+ “versions” used, and there’s a clear risk of manipulation/abuse with such technology.

OP1 month agoNot sure if I understand your note, or maybe I’m not clear on my inquiry. Card breaks that offer auctions for an opportunity to “spin the wheel” are what I’m specifically talking about.

Does everyone get the chance to spin the wheel?
eBay doesn't allow them. It is a "chance" game.
Maybe you should contact eBay if you believe differently or think this is being abused.
