I ran across cpap supplies and want to get special authorization to list and sell on ebay how do i go about getting special authorization for this

Hi @logankelly

You cannot sell CPAP machines or components on eBay. There is no special authorization available.

if that's the case how come i see hundreds of listings for cpap supplies. I have contacted several of the sellers and they said they have no issue selling those items

Did you read the policy?

If there are only 100s of listings, then eBay hasn't removed those (yet), but trust me, when they catch the sellers, their listings will be removed and the seller may end up no longer a seller depending on his record.

You need to go by the policy, not by what other sellers are doing. Just because there are thieves who successfully rob a bank doesn't make bank robbing OK, right?
