Speaking to someone.

Question

I need to resolve some issues with my account which are not addressed on line. How on earth can I contact

a real person to speak with? My account has been hacked, there is money from a buyer in the account, the buyer is awaiting shipment and I have no way of informing them of the issue. Does anyone have a number to use?

Scroll to the Bottom of the page

1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "I need help"

3) Click "Fraud" (or your topic)

4) Type "Agent" in the chat window

5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times

6) Click â€œHave Us Call Youâ€ (or "Chat with an Agent")
