Speaking to an eBay Representative via Phone
Greetings. While I have been able to call and speak with an eBay representative earlier this week regarding an issue, I find that I am no longer given this option but only that I can 'send us an email.' Is anyone else seeing this as it would be better to speak to someone about some issues than to send an email? I have found over the years that speaking with an eBay representative has a better likelihood of resolving an issue than chatting or sending an email. Perhaps this is only a tempory technical issue. Thank you for your thoughts.
