Speaking to a Customer service person instead of an automated chat?
I have an issue with packages that keep showing up as returned items but I am not the seller. I think someone is using my account to scam buyers but everything in my account looks correct. Twice in the past two weeks, packages arrived at my neighbors with my name but her address. Both were returned items.
I only make purchases on eBay and I have never sold anything so I am confused, especially with the address difference. Auto Chat can't help me. My address on my account is correct so I am not sure why my neighbor is getting these packages but I feel bad for the people who are sending me these returns.
What can I do to speak with Customer Service directly?

Mentor1 year agoPossibly an overseas seller claiming to be in the US and needing to provide a US address for returns had randomly chosen your name and your neighbor's address (or more likely made a mistake transcribing your address), planning on refunding without actually requiring returns, but somehow messed that up.
Not sure if eBay can help with that, though.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:

If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media:
