I bought 2 rings same seller c I st over 1000$ sent it t email back together and I paid for it at uspc. I also insured them. Now seller is rude says Not to contact him call ebay. Well nobody will get me live help or a humsn

If the item is late arriving you don't contact customer service, just file a refund request case. An agent will just refer you back to the website.
You can file a refund request when it is at least one day past the last estimated delivery date from your purchase history.
