Speak to a live person at ebay
I have tried a number of times to resolve an issue with the seller using the online services. Unfortunately nothing gets resolved. I have tried to speak with a live person but that too has failed. Does anyone know how to actually contact ebay and speak with a someone?

Contacting an eBay agent isn’t always the best way to handle a problem.
If you will tell us what issues you are having … including the dates of any purchases and deliveries … we will tell you the best way to get them handled.

I was able to use the call back option provided by another member and was able to resolve the problem.
