Speak to a human being

Question

Is there any possible way to speak to an agent about an issue? Iâ€™m so sick and tired of dealing with an automated AI voice on the phone. Nothing here points me in the direction of a living, breathing person.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
