speak to a customer service rep
i need a customer service rep to call me and help me with canceling a purchase and getting me a refund. i purchase this item on 10/13/2025 and the seller has not shipped or will he respond to any messages. he was to send this item to the ebay authenticity division and he never did. i have waited as i was advised by ebay customer service until 10/22/2025 and now i want my money back. item # 127024820796, please have someone call me

If an item is not received by the last estimated delivery date, the next day the buyer can file an "item not received" case for up to thirty days. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or else refund the buyer. If the seller does not cooperate, at that point the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund. If the buyer does not ask eBay to step in, after twenty-one business days from opening the case, eBay closes the case without a refund.
