Sounds like the Buyer is threatening negative feedback - but I can't offer a refund

However, they are unable to offer a refund in this situation, which is causing distress or uncertainty about how to proceed. The discussion does not have any responses so far, indicating it might be seeking advice or support on handling the issue.
I sold a new Nordstrom blanket, but the Buyer sent me the following message:
"The blanket is soft, as described in your post; however, the color is a pale with a green hue. also, i think because the blanket was in plastic, it has an odor. i've since washed it, which removed the smell.i wanted to reach out to you before leaving feedback. how would you like to resolve the color issue?"
Normally I would either offer a partial refund - or request they return the item for a full refund -- but she washed it. So I have a feeling the original packaging has been tossed -- and I have no idea how she washed it or what she may have washed it with that may have created the green hue.
Common sense to me is, if she felt the color wasn't true to my listing, she had no right to wash it.
The pictures in my listing clearly show it's grey -- and one of the pictures is very close up.
I also store everything in a storage closet where there are no windows that may have affected the coloring.
Lastly, even thou the blanket was sold in stores in 2021 (so no longer available online) ~ if you do a search on the SKU, it mentions that it's a "Grey blanket from Nordstroms". (the tag itself doesn't say "Grey")
Unfortunately, I can't find the EXACT blanket anywhere online to find color wording.
So I want to send her the screenshots of my searches showing that the sku is for a "grey blanket" ~ but wanted someone's input on whether they think eBay cust support will back me if she leaves me neg feedback....
