Used to be able to sort inventory by listing date

Correct. There's never been a column for days listed. Use the Start date column. If you don't see that column, click Customize table above it on the right and add it there. You can also set the order for the columns going across.

Hi @hodge16 That option hasn't gone away. In your Seller Hub Active items list, just click the column heading for the sort order you want. Click it again to reverse the order.
