Sorting active listings in the seller hub by item number.
Since I started using the seller hub, one of the features was being able to sort active listings by item number. Yesterday, eBay was a little slow and in trying to get to the place I wanted to go, it resorted my active listings. Now, the item number has disappeared in the table header. I can go to customize table and it shows the item number column, but it will not display in the table no matter where I place it in the order of display. I've even resorted to restore defaults, which I have to check the box net to item number which is supposed to display the column. It does not. Anyone have an idea?
TIA,
Howard

Mentor1 year agoI went to my active listings, click to Customize Table, and I see that Item Number is towards the very end. When I look at my active listings, and scroll as far right as possible, Item Number cannot be found. If Item Number is important to you, I would move that more towards the top of the list so it shows up when viewing active listings.

OP1 year agoBy the way, I found a work around that allows me to accomplish the order I want my active listings to show and that was to turn on the column for start date, then sort with the newest first. Still don't know why the item number doesn't show up in a column.
