Hi! I asked a seller about what the material was and sent the message. Then I realized that there weren't any measurements of the width or length and sent another message, but that's when I couldn't send it because of being blocked from asking what the material was. Is this typical for a seller not to answer a simple question ( I checked the pictures and the full description before I sent my message)? Can I do anything about this? And to make it worse is that I had marked the seller as a favorite! Thank you for your help!
