Placed an order on Sunday little afternoon I'm not an idiot I knew it will not ship till Monday well go through all day Monday nothing 6:45 I get a email saying that they have sent the whatever to FedEx too late for it to ship out on Monday which their ad says one day shipping tried to contact them to tell them to refund my money with no avail Tuesday 7:00 get an email from him saying that his shipped again earlier today send another email to refund my money Council order I'm tired of this I'm tired of eBay letting them do this if you going to say one day shipping you need to ship in one day now they said arise Thursday this is Tuesday originally was going to arrive Wednesday I made hours away it's not rocket science to get it shipped how do you complain and get eBay to take care of this I mean somebody needs to refund me partial money or something because of my wait time it was supposed to been here Wednesday this is just then crap

This is what the listing says...
That means the seller must ship by end of day tomorrow. Also, nothing on the listing says overnight shipping.
