Sony Walkman WM-FX141 FM/AM Radio Cassette Player TESTED WORKING
Hi this is Cecil, my eBay order number is 23-11353-25852 I had bought this item on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 it was delivered on Saturday, March 30, 2024. I had tested it and the radio works but unfortunately the cassette tape player wasn’t working properly when I tried to play it, I did press the play button but unfortunately the unit wasn’t moving and playing the cassette tape. I tried to press the rewind and fast forward button but all it was doing was just making noise. I tried to contact the seller to let him/her know that I was going to have the item shipped back to them. The item has already been delivered back to the seller on Friday, 04/12/2024. Unfortunately I haven’t received any refund back from the seller yet. I was hoping that I can get some help from a eBay team member or the community my USPS receipt will definitely show you that the item has already been delivered back to the seller, this is the usps tracking number (9500 1120 2675 4101 4135 09) you can track the package by typing this tracking number at https://www.usps.com. I hope that I will be getting some help of this situation soon before this return request is closed. ·2 years ago@dell_boyz-270 Hi Cecil, I'm sorry this happened, but you should always use eBay's Money Back Guarantee process before you return an item. If you don't, eBay cannot force the seller to refund you.
If the seller doesn't do the right thing and send you a full refund (including the return shipping cost), contact your credit card company (or PayPal) about disputing the charge.
