Sometimes wrong address
So I i added the wrong address to get my delivery and I logged in at the cast. I can't find just I need more information.How do I get my package

Mentor11 months agoWhen you go to ebay Checkout to pay, ebay shows you the SHIP TO address you have on file. If you need to change it, click the CHANGE link and make the change. The seller needs to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment.
You can go here to confirm what that SHIP TO address is. Go to your Purchase history. Locate the transaction. Click on ORDER DETAILS. Is the address correct? If not, use the CONTACT SELLER link and let the seller know s/he has to file a cancellation using Problem with buyer's address. The seller needs to refund your purchase and relist the item. You then repurchase and this time, make sure the SHIP TO address is correct before paying.

OP11 months agoThat's the problem. I went in as a guest, and I cannot find any information or any way to contact the seller. And I honestly research the address that they have there, which is not my address. It's one of the addresses, but it's not like the city. It's the wrong city only, and I cannot. I don't know what to do. Flipping out

Guest purchases are not connected to your account; for help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the order details link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order. Try contacting the seller to see if the seller has not shipped yet; if not, the seller may allow you to cancel the transaction and repurchase using the correct address.
