"Something went wrong" - while bidding
With six seconds left to bid, I placed my bid which was $200 more than the winning bid, On my computer screen was the message "something went wrong" I am positive that my bid was made at least four seconds before the bidding closed. Please explain - "something went wrong".

It would be hard for us to guess why you got the "something went wrong" when you placed your bid.
Placing a bid with 6 seconds can be risky since you are dealing with the timing of the servers involved. Could have been a hiccup in your connection or with Ebay's servers.
