meanwhile the return deadline passed and I am out $108 dollars.

Mentor3 years agoIn order to print a return label you must be signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. Does the purchase appear in your Purchase History in this account?
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your account and use the link in the email you received about the order from eBay.
Try contacting eBay directly to see if you have any remaining options at this point.

Use the Contact link at the bottom, follow the prompts for your issue. If you get a link to the chat assistant, you may be able to use that to request a chat with an agent or a call back in North America by entering "agent" into the chat window and responding to the prompts.
If you are unable to get help from eBay, you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months protection from the date of purchase.
