Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.
Cant purchase shipping labels on 2 orders with valid credit and banks linked to my account. i get this message and cant speak to a person at eBay?

OP6 months agoI did try the different browser and clearing history

Mentor6 months agoHopefully it will "self heal" overnight. That is usually what happens when the label system acts up.

Mentor6 months ago@cos129 Customer service will just say that they will "open a ticket" which will not help you since you need to ship within your handling time. This happens from time time, you can just wait and try in the morning or>>>
Have you tried another browser? Cleared your browser history?
If those steps don't work then you can buy your shipping labels on Pirateship.com for the same discounted rate as eBay. If you link the accounts the buyer address is uploaded and the tracking is automatically added to your account. OR if you don't link then you can manually add the tracking to the sold items.
