Something went wrong and we were not able to generate a label
Hello really need some help and sorry to say ebay reps have not been helpful. I can't print and get the Something went wrong and we were not able to generate a label message. I have called ebay three days in a row and I get the same song and dance. "We are working on it and use Pirate ship to ship your items." That would be great for my orders over $20 but I sell sports cards and many of the sales are low dollar, and I use the $1.32 option. If I used the advantage option I would be losing money. I'm currently backing up on orders and will need to go to the post office and ship without tracking I guess until this is fixed. Any help or solutions would be great.
I have tried the following
* Clear Cashe
* Ensured app is updated
* Tried it on my phone, desktop and laptop and get the same message.
I have shipped hundreds of cards this just started Monday.
Thanks in advance if you have any ideas.

Mentor11 months agoWhat payment method are you using to pay for your shipping labels? Any difference if you try another payment method?
