All,
I receive the message Something went wrong try again later when I try to send an invoice for a sold item. I sold 11 items this week and only one is showing this message.
Any thoughts? Is the buyer trying to swindle me in some way?

·2 years agoAlso know, when you send an invoice, it resets the 4-day payment window that a buyer is given to make payment.
As stated above, eBay sends an invoice. There is no need to send another.

Can you let us know why you’re trying to invoice, it might not be necessary.
In most instances there is no need to send invoices, ever. eBay does that for you.

OP2 years agoI send an invoice sometimes when the shipping provider is not pre-selected with cost although I set it up in the listing.
