There are some pretty hefty accusations in the negatives you have received.
Without delivery confirmation of a physical item, you will lose any ‘item not received’ case.
The buyer who pays with a credit card has even longer protection, up to 6 months.
The company that owns the game also has rules about selling tokens or achievements in the game.
I would refund before eBay gets involved.
