OP3 weeks agoI REQUESTEE BOTH SELLERS TO TAKE MY PHOTOS DOWN. JUST BECAUSE THEY REMOVED THE BACKGROUND DOES NOT MAKE IT OK TO USE MY PERSONAL PHOTOS. STOP BEING LAZY SELLERS.

OP3 weeks agoBecause someone uses my photos and changes the background, does NOT make the photo theirs to use. it’s infringement!!

Mentor3 weeks agoActually there is nothing you can do. When you make your listing you give eBay the right to place your photos into the eBay photo gallery. The photos are available for other sellers to use. This is part of the user agreement that you agree to by using the site.

A DMCA copyright infringement notice is a formal legal request sent to a website host or service provider to remove or disable access to stolen or unauthorized copyrighted content.
Did you copyright your photos?

OP3 weeks agoI DID NOT, BUT WILL FROM NOW ON. IF PEOPLE ARE TOO LAZY TO TAKE NICE PHOTOS OF THEIR OWN, THEY WILL NOT BE USING MINE.
