Someone used my email and then they got permantley suspended. Don't want my email associated

I received and email from ebay stating that my account was suspended permanently. However, the account name of *** is NOT MINE!! That account appears to be using my personal email address of *** . I received 1 Welcome to ebay email from eBay or associated with the name *** on Tue 2/6/2024 4:02 PM.

Is this a mistake made by eBay or ????

I was not able to talk with anyone. Ebay stated that I had to use EMAIL.
I did email ebay and their response was that I MUST talk to an AGENT!! And they addressed me by the fraudulent party??

My name is NOT Carmeron. That’s the name the fraudulent party used to create their account with my email address.
I tried 4 times to get an agent to speak with and each time your Chat response was ONLY to USE Email. There was NO other options to talk to an agent or to perform another option. Just ONE option-EMAIL!! So, I emailed you and you are now telling me to contact an agent!!! Really??
How can I talk to a real person at Ebay???
