As a precaution I recommend having the coin checked for authencity right away.
You only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for coins.
When/ if you file the return request just ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day after opening the case and eBay will force a refund from the seller.

As Mentors, we are not able to look up a reason a Seller may have left eBay. EBay may have suspended their account.
