Someone stole my image
what do I do if people stole my image ? How do I get them taken down from their listings. I have all the proof the image is mine and the item they are showing I made it not them. All they did was go edit the image to show different colors.

Unfortunately, eBay cannot do anything to help you with this. It is not a policy violation (though it used to be).
Though it is copyright infringement, your options are to either ask the seller to stop using your photos ( the seller may just not understand that he should take his own photos, but the seller could become aggressive...after all he stole your photos...and you may have trouble with him). You could take legal action, or just forget about it.
The one other possibility is if the item is a used item. In that case, the seller should be taking his own photos as the photo he's using is not of his item. In this case, you could use the report link on the item listing. eBay may or may not take the listing down for that reason.
