Someone shipped me junk instead of a Graphics Card What do i do?
Summary: nullparameter expressed concerns about being scammed after receiving a poster instead of the RTX 6000 graphics card they purchased on eBay. Had the feeling it was a fraudster but im covered by the ebay guarantee so decided to try anyway.
Welp. I went and purchased an rtx 6000 blackwell for $3500 and i was mailed what looks to be a rolled up poster. Its obviously junk and they dont intend on receiving their junk back. He even said in the messages that i would be receiving 2 tracking numbers. one for a "poster" and the other with the card. all that showed up was this poster in leu of the card.
what is up with such an elaborate scam? i return the junk and he claims i swapped the card with a poster? please advise.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
