Someone sent an offer to buy my goods
Is the offer just for the goods or, does it include the shipping charge as well? Shipping was listed separately in the listing. I am new at this so, just wanted to be sure.

Any offer made to purchase your item is just for the item Before any Shipping costs.

When it comes to Offers, shipping is not negotiable. Whatever the shipping is before the offer is what the shipping is after the offer.
