Someone purchased an item that was already sold. What do I do?
I had sold an item earlier in the day & shipped it out. Later in that evening someone bought the item, but it should have showed out of stock. Can't I just cancel the sale without paying a fee?

·3 years agoYou'll have to cancel the order as out of stock and refund the buyer.
It'll be up to Ebay if they charge you any fee's or not.
