Someone purchased an item from me and they are located in Canada , how do I send them an invoice ?
When I try to send the invoice … eBay states I can’t send an invoice to an international buyer

Mentor3 years agoAfter you click Send Invoice, did you add a Canadian shipping option before actually trying to send it?

OP3 years agoWhen I click send invoice … I get a blue banner across top of page and it’s says cannot send invoice for international shipping

Mentor3 years agoI see you have Canada shipping on the few items I checked, so unless you are using ebay's GSP or ISP you should be able to send an invoice, even if Canada wasn't on the list.
What is the Item Number of the listing with the problem?
