Someone please help me with account suspension
I have sold on eBay for a few years. I have 100 percent customer satisfaction. In fact, in my 3000 sales I have never had a negative review. I woke up one morning to an email from eBay saying my account was under review for "suspicious activity."
A few days later I received another letter saying my account was suspended. It said I would need to provide tracking and delivery confirmation for EVERY sale I ever made and to submit and they would review.
I have always purchased shipping via eBay format and printed label on my printer. I am assuming they can see this along with delivery confirmation. It is all available in my selling summary.
I called eBay several time and always get the same wrote possibilities. None of which apply to me. They can never give me an answer as to what they mean when they tell me to provide tracking and delivery confirmation for 3,000 sales. Nor do they tell me who to send it to. It says replay to message with the required information. When I try to reply it just pulls up a comment box. I have sent dozens of questions and it says they will respond within 48 hours and I have never received a reply.
It is so infuriating that I have been a loyal seller and I cannot get a single answer as to what is going on from eBay. I have done everything correctly. I have never received a complaint from a single customer saying they didn't receive their item. I have never even had a customer complain that something arrived damaged. The few returns I have ever had requested I provided an immediate refund. I have no idea what this is all about.
Has anyone ever experienced an account suspension like this that is completely unwarranted? Is there any avenue I can take to actually talk with anyone at eBay who can actually provide me with answers to my questions? I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

Mentor2 years ago@physicalmediastore I see you still have active listings. I recommend you put those on Time Away while you try to sort this out.

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account. Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay.
Here's how to contact customer service to see if you can have your account reinstated>>

How many returns requests have you sent an immediate refund?

OP2 years agoI would say in the last year I had 3 or 4 return requests.

Mentor2 years ago@physicalmediastore. As long as you responded to the requests and eBay didn't have to force a refund those shouldn't hurt your account that much.
If eBay has to force the refund then you get a defect.
