Someone keeps contacting me to negotiate price on messages

Question

Hi,I have a buyer that is negotiating a price with me on "messages" instead of making an offer. I realized they were from out of the US (profile says Democratic Republic of the Congo) when I don't ship internationally. When I told them this, they proceeded to tell me they are in the US and sent me a shady screenshot of a US address. Should I report this person? Has anyone seen this?
