Someone has requested a later shipping date on item they purchased last night.
Someone has requested a later shipping date on item they purchased last night. Should I have him cancel and buy again closer to when he wants it to ship or hold it until Saturday. Supposed to go out today. Thanks, Jeannie

Mentor2 years agoYes, you can do that. But communicate with your buyer to let him know that you are required to ship today and that is the reason you're cancelling the order.
Alternatively, the buyer can put in a vacation hold at the post office and they will hold the mail until he returns (but that might not be the reason for his request and you may not be able to communicate back and forth before you need to ship).
