Someone claims they received a item damaged
We had shipped a item and packed it extra good to where it immobilized and the box 3 times the size of the item totally padded with it at the center a old radio and buyer claims it wasn't packed well enough. The radio was demolished yet he showed us pictures of the box and the radio was damaged more than the box. There no way that it's our radio that we sent the damage to the radio doesn't match the box we had a bad experience in packing a radio before being fairly new sellers so we learned our lesson and pack overly and I know for a fact that this guy is lying and suggestion on a someone trying requesting a faulty refund.
