Someone bought something using my money!

Question

Hi. I’ve never done this before so bear with me. Last night I was looking at my account and noticed someone bought something for $1100! I have been to the bank to dispute the charge and close that account. I’ve also changed my password here

What else can I do? I can’t reach any live customer service representatives of course. How do I find out who did this? I’m pretty furious

Check your account details closely for any changes to contact information or shipping addresses. If you have social media accounts linked to your eBay account, change those passwords or unlink those accounts. Consider changing your email password as well, as someone with access to your email or linked social media accounts can get into your eBay account.
