Someone bought something that said it was 'Local Pick Up" only.

Question

They have not paid but they have been blowing up my mail. What do I do? I don't plan on shipping so the price reflects that. I have asked them if they want me to cancel the order but they want me to ship it. What should I do?

eBay gives buyers 4 full days to pay, after 4 calendar days (day 5), from the date of sale or last invoice, cancel the sale using the reason buyer did not pay. You will get your fees credited back.

If you do not want them to buy from you again add them to your blocked buyer list.
