Someone bid and bought my item from an excluded region.

Question

I have my settings where I only ship to the United States + Alaska/Hawaii. I have US Protectorates excluded, yet someone from Puerto Rico bid on and won my item...how does that happen? They also used automatic bidding to outbid everyone, have yet to pay, and have a 0 feedback rating. I'm not saying something is fishy here...but any advice or ideas?

Which item is it? I see protectorates excluded on 1 of your items, but not on another. You can check the shipping tab to see how that item was set.

If you made changes to your exclusion list after bids were started on the item, the change would not apply to that item.

I took a a look and it doesn't seem that you blocked Puerto Rico besides shipping to Puerto Rico is no different than shipping to any other state as long as you use the Post office.
