Some Sellers Suck
Ah yes, here again. Once again taken advantage by a crooked seller. And Ebay seems to stand by the seller who has barely been an ebayer, whereas, I've been an ebayer for 20+ years. Lesson learned that ebay does not back up their legit customers, only the crooks. Warning do not buy from this crook [Removed by moderator]

eBay has lots of sellers, including good and bad ones.
You can often tell which is which by examining seller feedback.
Avoid the bad ones. Avoid the ones that are too new to evaluate. Choose the good ones with a proven track record of delivering what was advertised.
Use eBay's money back guarantee if you run into a problem with a seller. If that is not working for you, ask here for specific advice if you are willing to share general details (not the seller's username, though).

It's unfortunate that you didn't mention what the problem was with the seller. Perhaps we could have advised steps to take.
