Mentor3 years ago@girov_65 You can ask the seller if they have check the require immediate payments on their items.
eBay has turned on these setting in seller accounts and they may not even be aware. This doesn't work for sellers that want to offer combined shipping. However it is good for sellers that have problems with buyers not paying, which is why eBay started "offering" this option.

So many buyers make offers or bid on auctions, then don't pay.
This way, the seller gets paid if they accept your offer or you win an auction.
