If you don't want offers from sellers for items you add to a watch list, cart or items you have viewed more than once -- or once for a long enough period of time -- then go to your communication preferences and uncheck the box by "offers to buyers" under Buyer.

Unfortunately you cannot pick and choose which offers you receive; it is all or nothing.
