SOld watch then my account got restricted
I sold a watch day after Christmas I came to cash out and funds is put on hold so I called eBay and they said they decided to leave the hold on my account and its gonna take 190 days to pay me in like ok why? They said its policy that they cannot tell me why first time using this platform and the last apparently I just want to get paid so I guess my question is why the restriction why hold my money if y'all decided to permanently restrict my account just pay me already

When you look at the sold listing on eBay what does it say about the payment?
