Sold vintage table knives to international buyer. Didn't pass inspection. Refund money but no return
Sold vintage table knives to international buyer. Shipped. Didn't pass inspection. Money refunded to buyer. But knives not being returned to me. Why?

They did not take the refund money from you - the shipping company paid the refund. So they get to keep the item and try to recover their loss. You may see the knives listed for sale soon.
